We spotted some seriously psychedelic nails backstage and on the runway at the Nicole Miller F/W 2012 show. We were transported back to the 70’s with Wanda Ruiz of CND’s trippy “Time Machine” manicure. Create the look at home by using CND’s Anchor Blue, Bicycle Yellow, Electric Orange and Plumville. Use a toothpick or small detailing brush to create the swirl effect. Next stop, Woodstock.
